Replace the new tires, tighten the nuts, place the new tires properly, and slightly tighten the nuts diagonally to ensure that each nut is subjected to relatively uniform force. 

Lower the vehicle and tighten the nuts. Lower the vehicle, remove the jack, and then tighten the nuts again in a diagonal sequence. At this point, you need to apply a lot of force to tighten the nuts to ensure that the tires will not come off during driving.
